Can I Bring A Tent?
Yes, guests are welcome to bring tents to Be Out Day Tampa Bay for shade and comfort while enjoying the event. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, please follow these guidelines:

Tents must not exceed 10x10 feet and should be securely anchored.

Setup is on a first-come, first-served basis in designated areas.

No staking into the ground—please use weights or sandbags.

Tents must not block walkways, vendor spaces, or stage views.

Open flames, grills, and generators are not allowed under or near tents.

All tents must be taken down at the end of the event.

Where Does My Donation Go?
Your donation to Be Out Day Tampa Bay directly supports students in their educational journey. Thanks to generous contributions in our inaugural year, we provided three band camp scholarships for students to attend the Marching 100's 2024 Summer Band Camp, giving them a valuable opportunity to represent the Tampa Bay area and develop their musical skills to one day join the prestigious ranks.
Additionally, we awarded four incoming freshmen with book stipends, helping them ease the financial burden of starting college. Your support makes a real impact, empowering the next generation of leaders and ensuring they have the resources to succeed. Thank you for investing in the future of our students!
Where Do I Park?
Parking will be available on a first-come, first-served basis in designated areas near the event.
To ensure a smooth experience, please follow these guidelines:

Follow all posted parking signs and event staff directions.

No parking in restricted or unauthorized areas, including blocking driveways or emergency lanes.

Carpooling is encouraged to reduce congestion.

Tailgating, open flames, and loud music in parking areas are not permitted.
